Absolutely everything, the best hotel in Ukraine!

No beach of your own.

The location was marvellous and beautiful, just 5 minutes walk from an oceanside beach. Booked a room with lovely views of your "sea view ". The staff was polite and very-very nice and always on disposal.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were absolutely unfriendly.

The room we booked was luxurious and a nice size with view on dolphines. The food was outstanding - a wide range of options. The location was nice, not too far away from a popular beach.

Service at a good level. Very tasty cooking, and most importantly, fast!

It's very noisy at the hotel.

I liked absolutely everything, there's nothing to be nagged about. Professionals, in a word.

Noise levels from neighbors can be bothersome during relaxation!!! Concierge struggles to effectively address guest requests can hinder planned activities!!! Air conditioning units are often noisy and ineffective !!!

A Family Paradise by the Sea!

Swimming with dolphins in the pool was lovely! For future guests, book a table at the beachfront restaurant for the freshest seafood. Just remember to ask about cutting off the wristbands at checkout!

I stayed in a Standard Side Sea view room. It was super clean and had a nice big bed. The view of the sea was amazing, especially in the morning. The bathroom had all the needed amenities and was spacious. They really did a great job on the decor too. Plus, the room was pretty quiet, nice. Definitely felt more luxurious than expected for a standard room!

I loved the indoor swimming pool with its purified sea water, under a glass roof, offering amazing views of the sea. The decoration was inviting.

More attentive service in busy areas would be helpful.

It was a strong match for a couple of nights in Odesa with good value for money. The staff were friendly and helped us find great local dining spots. Make sure to enjoy the seaside pool area. It's a nice way to relax.

The hotel has a fantastic children's playground. Room service was slow and food quality inconsistent.

I experienced a great time . The availability of a kid's club kept the children entertained. Every evening, my kids loved watching animated cartoons in a modern cinema equipped with comfortable seating. The sea view was really good, and I enjoyed the panoramic terraces. One morning, I indulged in breakfast with fruits, elite cheeses, and champagne, a highlight of my trip. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful.

I faced a slight inconvenience leaving a cash deposit. I found the emphasis on cutting off bracelets after checkout a bit excessive. There was an awkward moment when the maid inspected our room while my child was still present.
